Does Logisys offer an online examination system?
Yes, we provide a secure Online Examination System. The system features a locked browser interface that restricts tab switches and secondary app execution. Additionally, it integrates active AI proctoring services (tracking audio anomalies, secondary faces, or active window redirects) alongside real-time monitoring tools for human invigilators.
Can Logisys software be customized for our institution?
Absolutely. The Takshila Suite is built on modular, parametric structures. This allows university authorities to modify grading setups (CGPA, percentage, SGPA), define individual course criteria, configure custom scholarship/reservation percentages during student counselling, and customize marksheets without modifying the core system architecture.
Is Logisys compliant with NAAC/NIRF reporting requirements?
Yes. All database schemas of the Takshila suite track academic milestones, graduation rates, research statistics, student intake profiles, and student-teacher ratios. The system features dedicated reporting dashboards to compile and download NAAC/NIRF compliance documents in their exact formats, easing accreditation audits.
Do you offer mobile apps for students and staff?
Yes, we maintain two dedicated applications: Uniclare Pro (for student fee payments, exam form submissions, hall ticket downloads, and faculty mark entry) and the Attendance App (supporting geolocation check-in, monthly roster logs, and facial recognition checks for administrative staff). Both apps are available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
What kind of support does Logisys provide post-implementation?
Logisys provides 24/7 technical support. We allocate dedicated project assistants to state/central universities to troubleshoot daily queries. Additionally, we run onsite training workshops for college clerks, provide online user manuals, and deliver scheduled security patches and performance optimization upgrades as part of our annual maintenance.
Can your ERP integrate with third-party platforms like DigiLocker or NAD?
Yes. Our systems feature API integrations configured to sync directly with National Academic Depository (NAD) and DigiLocker frameworks. This allows universities to push student diplomas, certificates, and transcripts directly to students' DigiLocker lockers automatically upon result publication.
How secure is the Logisys ERP system?
We operate under ISO 27001:2013 Information Security parameters. All student information, exam marks, and admin hashes are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (SSL/TLS). Most importantly, result computation runs strictly in an isolated, secure off-cloud environment to prevent unauthorized database updates.
